  • Who manages these communities and how do I reach them?

    All Gerber communities are owned and managed by Gerber Apartments & Property Management, a family-owned company based at 1260 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You can reach us by calling 315-524-8392 or emailing hannah@gerberhomes.com.

  • How do I apply or schedule a tour?

    To view current openings, visit gerberapartments.com/availability. You can apply online or call us at 315-524-8392. Rent payments are made through our online resident portal, powered by AppFolio.

  • What lease terms and fees apply?

    Our standard lease term is 12 months. The application fee is $20, and the security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent at every Gerber community.

  • Which utilities are included?

    Gerber covers trash and snow removal at all communities. Residents are responsible for all other utilities, including electric, gas, water, sewer, and internet.

  • Which communities are pet-friendly, and what is the pet policy?

    Fourmile Creek and Teton are pet-friendly, with pets coming soon to Stokely Creek. Patriot Corner, Seven Hearths, and Swiss Chalet do not allow pets at this time. For pet-friendly communities, the policy is $65 per month per pet, up to 2 pets (cats and dogs only). Breed restrictions apply, renters insurance is required, and all pets are subject to management approval.

Fourmile Creek Townhomes & Apartments
